Initially gaining live performance exposure in several rock bands across London and the South East, electronica was something that he always wanted to perform.
In 2006 he finally decided it was time to try his hand at beat matching and since then he’s been slowly gaining interest and exposure in both the UK and abroad.
EvilKeg's Gigs and Residencies
Currently he compiles and broadcasts a show live on the Breakspoll nominated radio station Brap.fm; It's Almost the Weekend Again.
The show goes out every other Wednesday and is an eclectic mix of indie, breaks, electro, bootlegs and house from the last three decades.
He can also be found performing live across the UK at bars, clubs and parties playing what the crowd want to hear… no-one likes playing to an empty dance floor! Nights don’t promote themselves either, and he is more than happy to muck in with event promotion. From handing out flyers to posting on message boards and websites, Keith knows it’s not just about playing a two hour set in a dark room.
UK Beat Cartel (UKBC)
In 2008 he started a new musical project; UK Beat Cartel. This has given him a springboard to allow him to collaborate with like-minded musicians and DJs. This has seen musical collaborations with scratch DJ NapSak as well as hard house virtuoso Rob Hazell (Rob O.T.T.).
As part of the brand, a collection of mixes has been born out of this entitled UKBCD. These limited edition mixes are normally distributed at their gigs and events and feature a professionally printed mix CD worthy of any home or car stereo.

This content has recently been syndicated for US based music blog; Trash Menagerie which routinely experiences 100,000 visits a month.
EvilKeg's Live DJ Experience
He has played at bars and cafés in the UK as well as at events in Barbados and South Africa. He frequently compiles music compilation CDs for Heineken, Fosters, Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Fanta and Minute Maid, choosing tracks that will compliment each product's current advertising campaign.
